Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are only accepted if the item received is defective or damaged. If your item is not defective or damaged, it will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once your return is approved, you will receive your refund within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in the original packaging

Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and ship your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.
